About the Founder
Louise Walpole is the founder of The Kindness Company Norfolk, a wellbeing practitioner, mindful coach, creative facilitator and passionate community champion dedicated to helping people rediscover hope, purpose and connection.
For many years, Louise has supported children, young people, adults and families from all walks of life. She believes that every person deserves to feel heard, valued and accepted, and she creates safe, compassionate spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves and begin to thrive.
Alongside her work as a mindful coach in an alternative provision school, supporting young people with emotional wellbeing and resilience, Louise also leads creative wellbeing projects within the Emmaus community, using art and creativity to inspire hope, confidence and self-expression for people who have experienced homelessness and significant life challenges.
Through The Kindness Company Norfolk, Louise delivers wellbeing days, retreats, creative workshops and one-to-one coaching, helping parents, children and adults manage anxiety, improve emotional wellbeing and find moments of calm in busy lives. Her gentle, person-centred approach encourages people to discover their own strengths, reconnect with what truly matters and find the confidence to follow their authentic path. Louise is passionate about bringing communities together through kindness, creativity and meaningful connection.
Whether someone joins a retreat, attends a wellbeing event, takes part in a creative session or simply shares a conversation over a cup of tea, her aim is always the same—to help people feel seen, heard, supported and hopeful. Her vision for The Kindness Company Norfolk is to create communities where kindness becomes a way of life, loneliness is replaced with connection, and every person is reminded that they matter.
"Sometimes all it takes is one act of kindness, one creative moment, or one person who truly listens to change the direction of a life."
